Manager

Indigo brings a wealth of experience in community development, fundraising, business and project management. As a local resident, Indigo is keen to ensure that GL11 responds to the needs of local people and helps to build a thriving community.

Information Coordinator

Emily is our information whizz who keeps our database and records in order, helping us to pull statistics and details together when needed.

Becki Withers

Centre Administrator

Becki has the tough job of keeping us all organised! Coordinating all building and maintenance work here at GL11 as well as taking control of the human resources and I.T!

Finance Officer

Jane is our finance officer and works hard to keep all of the numbers in check.

Marketing Officer

Anita is here to help us spread the word of all the fantastic work we do!

Marisa Godfrey

Community Learning Coordinator

Marisa coordinates, helps develop and reviews all of our community learning courses here at GL11. If there is a demand for something, from cookery to maths and English, Marisa is on hand to make it happen.

Penny Lyon

Housekeeper

Penny has the difficult job of keeping us all neat, clean and tidy here at GL11 Community Hub!

Colette Etheridge

Family Support Coordinator

Colette arranges and coordinates our family activities for children under 5 years old, along with family learning and development courses.

Alex Lodge

Navigator Developer

Alex is here to support and advise on your road to employment or volunteering and helping to make plans for your future.

Des Hughes

Handyman

Des is our fantastic general handy man, always around to do the odd jobs that crop up.

Marion Lloyd

Community Development Worker and Volunteer Coordinator

Marion is our community development worker who is here to develop connections between people and organisations within our community and to help us all work towards a safer, more welcoming community. She is also the point of contact for anyone wishing to volunteer at GL11.

Steph Williams

Marketing and Events Officer

Steph organises all of our events here at GL11 and focuses on the day to day marketing and advertising too.

Lynn Backen

Cafe Organiser

Lynn works alongside Jenni as a chef and cafe organiser in the GL11 Cafe, coordinating volunteers and dealing with the day to day running of the cafe.

Cafe Assistant

Shane helps Jenni in the cafe and kitchen with all of the day to day cooking.

Senior Receptionist

Natalie is our senior receptionist who is always front of house to offer you a warm welcome!

Crèche Workers

Kim & Emma run weekly community toddler and baby groups, whilst also offering crèche facilities, which run alongside our weekly courses and activities to enable parents to join in too.

Cathyrn Trace

Tutor

Cathryn is our tutor and facilitator for several groups at GL11, including our Gateway Award group and Invisible Illnesses group. Cathryn also works with our Wild Club!

Tom is our tutor and facilitator for several groups at GL11, including our Mens Shed and Wild Club!

Amy West

Yoga Teacher

Amy teaches our busy yoga and meditation classes here at GL11.
