Digital Support Volunteer
Can you provide friendly, accessible and informal one-to-one support for those over 55 who struggle with IT?
As more and more of our lives are spent online we want to ensure that older people in the GL11 postcode area don’t get left behind!
We need volunteers who are patient, empathetic and who can provide advice, guidance and tuition where possible. This could be anything from switching on a computer for the first time to setting up an email account to introducing them to video call software to speak to relatives.

Financial Support Project
We have an exciting new project to support more people with financial independence. This will be delivered in groups or 1-1 casework, supporting people and families with managing budgets, form-filling and accessing money advice.
We're looking for 4 - 6 volunteers to help make this a success. Get in touch if you have good financial awareness and can spare a few hours a week to help out.
